The company favius (hereinafter referred to as “we”) in its capacity as provider of the online offering available at http://www.favius.de is the data controller within the meaning of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) responsible for the collection, processing, and use of the personal data of the user of the online offering. Information relating to your computer

Newsletter
For sending our email newsletters, we are using the provider MailChimp. MailChimp is a service of The Rocket Science Group LLC, 512 Means Street, Suite 404, Atlanta, GA 30318, USA. This company is a member of the Safe Harbor Agreement, a special data protection agreement between the European Union and the United States.

When you sign up for our newsletter, the data that you specify in the newsletter registration is transferred to MailChimp and stored there. After registration you will receive an email to confirm your subscription (“double opt-in”). MailChimp offers extensive analysis options about how the newsletter is opened and used. These analyzes are at group basis and will not be used by us for individual evaluation. MailChimp also uses the analysis tool Google Analytics in the newsletters, if necessary. Mail orders
If you wish to order one of our catalogues by using the online form on our website, you have to provide personal data such as your name and address. The compulsory details required for this purpose are highlighted by an asterisk in the relevant entry forms. All other data may be entered by you on a voluntary basis.
