PIEDUCCIO

by CLUZEL / PLUCHON

French design studio CLUZEL / PLUCHON combines elegance with love for details in their design for the bowls PIEDUCCIO. The cylindric bowls made from black-stained ash impress with a soft radius and a delicate base. Square lids made from particularly strong cast glass create a transparency. To achieve this, the liquid glass is poured into a metal mold by hand, thus creating the lids’ unique textures. Its multifaceted glass structure makes the lid appear light and softly plays with light and shadow. The elegant accessory PIEDUCCIO is available in two different heights and various glass colours.

CLUZEL / PLUCHON

CLUZEL / PLUCHON is a french design firm led by Sébastien Cluzel & Morgane Pluchon. The studio is hinged on two essential values: design should be for everyone and it should spark joy and curiosity by using imaginative approaches for shaping. Due to dealing with materials, shape, colour, and pattern, Sébastien and Morgane create designs that cue memories, invoke moments in history, and redefine the expectations of everyday objects. The two alums of the ESADSE (Saint-Etienne) and ECAL (Lausanne) launched CLUZEL / PLUCHON in 2015 at Salone Satellite in Milan. Currently, they have offices in Paris, France and Lausanne, Switzerland.
