Hotel Beausite Zermatt

The handblown table lamp FLAKES, designed by Hanne Willmann, is part of the newly redesigned interior of Hotel Beausite in Zermatt, which was comprehensively transformed by Atelier Zürich between 2019 and 2022. The concept combines contemporary design with historical influences, creating a vibrant and distinctive atmosphere.

Inspired by the Golden Age of Alpinism and its British pioneers, the hotel blends reinterpreted Swiss alpine traditions with British flair. Guests experience a unique mix of activity, relaxation, and refined ambiance – from mountain adventures to the classic high tea.

Since its opening in 1907, the hotel has continuously evolved. With its new concept, it remains true to its core values of Swiss hospitality, attentive service, and a pioneering spirit, while offering a contemporary and distinctive hotel experience.
