The Porto Arts Club, located in the heart of Porto in the Foz do Douro district, is a private members’ club that unites art, community, and the culture of the good life. The spacious one- and two-bedroom apartments offer a stylish retreat. Featuring exclusive, custom-made furniture, the rooms shine in shades of pink, dove gray, and warm sand. Open living areas with fully equipped kitchens, along with some private terraces or views of Foz do Douro, create an elegant and relaxed ambiance. All apartments are equipped with the FONTE table lamp designed by Christian Haas in powder or caramel brown.

In the legendary Moeller fabric pavilion, you can discover all the lights from our collection as part of the Möller Design exhibition.

In a carefully curated setting, a harmonious interplay of light, form, and material unfolds. The FUNGI floor lamp in the new Sky Blue ceramic finish by Hanne Willmann, the FONTE table lamp in cypress green by Christian Haas, and the PIVOT bowl series by Anna Weber come together in a balanced composition — in subtle dialogue with the elegant furniture pieces by Freifrau and Janua, captured in a refined photo shoot in the Netherlands.

Welcome to a journey into the fascinating world of carpet design. Under the title ICONS – Carpets with Soul, JAB ANSTOETZ Flooring invited six renowned and refreshingly unconventional designers from three continents to create extraordinary carpet artworks. In collaboration with one of Europe’s leading design brands, handcrafted one-of-a-kind pieces were brought to life—merging tradition with innovation in perfect harmony.

For the ICONS collection photoshoot, selected design objects by favius were featured: the elegant BROMO side table in Copper Brown and Silk Beige, and the sculptural FUNGI lamp in Warm Beige – both designed by Hanne Willmann. Our characterful pieces not only complement the carpets visually, but also emphasize the curated, artistic spirit of the entire collection.

Création Baumann will be presenting itself in a new, more prominent exhibition space at the Design Post Köln on the occasion of imm cologne from 14-18 January 2024. Designed by Studio Besau-Marguerre, the exhibition concept showcases the textile product world of the Swiss textile specialist in an inspiring and informative way. The new side- and coffee table SEDIMENT in Nero Marquina, designed by Studio Besau-Marguerre for favius, were used for the design.

Hamburg, 12 April 2023 – After four and a half months of renovation work, the Museum für Kunst und Gewerbe Hamburg (MK&G) can now welcome visitors with a new foyer. The reception area was redesigned by the Hamburg firm Studio Besau-Marguerre and the remodeling work was carried out in collaboration with SWP-Architekten. The SEDIMENT side table in Giallo Reale, designed by Studio Besau-Marguerre for favius, was used for the redesign.

Solo debut of designer Christian Haas in New York, February 2023. Entitled HANDS ON 15 objects by the German designer were shown at 180 the Store in the TriBeCa district – including the PORTAO stool and the FONTE table lamp he designed for favius. An exhibition that shows the spectrum of Christian Haas and his strength – the harmony between elegance and simplicity, form and function, modernity and timelessness.
